(too old to reply)

I am getting a message, "DLL could not be opened." When I
run Dr. Watson, the error seems to be coming from the
PCHealth folder\binaries\helpctr.exe and a kernel32
message.
Am I missing a dll file or is one corrupted?
Thank you.

Hi Greg,

Could you provide us with some additional information as to what you're
doing when you get the message, and the exact error message you're seeing?

In the meantime, you may want to try doing the following: Start -> Run ->
sfc /scannow <enter>

310747 Description of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 System File Checker
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=310747

- /Scannow: Scans all protected system files immediately and replaces
incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. This command may require
access to the Windows installation source files.

Thanks!
